Thank you for shopping with Brilliant Wedding Jewelry. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, should you need to return an item for an exchange or refund, please use this form. Clearance items are not returnable.

As a reminder, our policies for returned and exchanged goods is:
  • REQUESTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS and MUST STILL BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.
  • There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted for all returns. This fee does not apply to exchanges.
  • Credits made for returns include only the cost of the merchandise and tax when applicable. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Returns or exchanges can be made for any reason that you are not completely satisfied. Please enclose this form with your returned product and send to the return address indicated on your original packaging.
  • Clearance items are non-returnable.
