Our goal is to ship your order within 14 business days of placement (30 business days for bouquets). Although rush orders are available at an additional charge . Please note that we ship Monday through Friday. You will be notified via email if there is any delay beyond this time frame. You are always invited to contact us regarding the availability of merchandise or with questions about a product. See the map below for estimated delivery times to your state once your order has shipped. International orders may take up to 3 weeks delivery time once your order has shipped

Shipping to The United Kingdom follows the above table plus $30. RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Because of the unique nature of our items, the only applicable exchanges will be on items that are damaged during shipping or items with discrepancies that have not been customized. At this point, new items will be shipped at no cost to you. All exchanges do to shipping damage or discrepancies must be post marked within 5 days.
